This relaxing, Key West style beachside home is located in the historic town of Ponce Inlet, at the end of the peninsula south of Daytona Beach. When you first walk up to our home, you can’t help but feel relaxed and welcomed by the natural privacy of lush foliage and being just steps away from the beach, this house is perfect when you want a peaceful vacation to get away from it all.
This two story, 3 bedroom home has a large, welcoming front porch perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or to sit with a nice glass of wine at the end of the day while listening to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. When you step inside you'll enter into an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and both formal and informal dining areas. There's a large family room to relax and watch tv, as well as a sitting area with a fireplace and pull out couch that is the perfect spot to relax and read a book. Upstairs you'll find the large master suite, an office area, two additional spare bedrooms and two full baths. Back downstairs, you can exit out through the french doors into the back deck and fully fenced yard. At the end of the street, steps from the house is a direct access beach walkway leading to the much desired no-drive section of the beach. A short bike ride or walking distance to Light House Park, the Marine Science Center, parasail/jet ski rentals, waterside restaurants and more there is no shortage of things to do in the area.

Being dog owners ourselves, we understand both the joy and challenge of bringing your furry friend with you on vacation. We have experienced the headaches that come along with condo rentals: crowded elevators, limited potty break areas and strict pet restrictions as well as the comforts when renting homes. We welcome well mannered, house broken dogs to our home. Your dog will enjoy the luxury of a fenced area to go outside off leash, a small dog park just a few min walk away and being able to play and swim at the local dog beach.

Summary: Wonderful experience. House was better than described and fitted our needs exactly. Was a great combination of very short walk (you could hear the waves) to the beach and a peaceful friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again. One of our first VRBO experiences and couldn’t have chosen anything better. House was fully equipped with more than expected household needs and beach toys. Landscaping was beautiful and added to our stay. Host was very attentive to details and couldn’t have been nicer. Overall a wonderful 5 weeks in our home away from home at the beach.

Summary: This was a very beautiful home and area to spend the month. So close to a lovely beach and inlet park. The neighborhood was great to walk. By day it was like going on a garden tour with so many nicely landscaped homes. And after dark we felt very safe walking and got to appreciate the Christmas decorations. The owners were great to deal with and made us feel very welcomed as did the neighborhood.

Summary: Just loved everything about this property! Location, cleanliness, decor and amenities. Michelle was an excellent host. Loved having the bikes and kayak available. Got to kayak with the dolphins on several occasions. The hosue is beautifully furnished and you feel like you are on vacation! Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the very near future!

Here is proximity to one of the world's most famous beaches yet quiet enough to feel like you have it all to yourself. A place that actually looks like the pics and goes BEYOND your expectations because the host is outstanding. With special touches throughout her beach house, she makes you feel like family and welcomes you into a HOME away from home. We spent a month here and it was the BEST experience we have ever had. Ok. Open your eyes and see if you can find available dates for this place. If not, you can blame me and my family for already rebooking!

Summary: I wish I could give this house 10 stars! The pictures are spot on and the house is even more beautiful in person. The location is very private with all the beautiful vegetation. Michelle is an amazing hostess and replied to my questions immediately. I truly cannot wait to stay there again!
