Positive: A comfortable villa with a really big pool in a serene location in the village of Sebatu. If you want to hide away from all the hustle and bustle then this place is for you. Located in a traditional area and small village where you can only be around locals and no tourists! A big win! The owner is really sweet and happy to meet and assist you with everything you need. A lovely stay in a real Balinese setting

Positive: I booked this place even though it had no reviews yet, and I’m so glad I did. The room looked exactly like the pictures: clean, bright, and with a big, comfy bed. I stayed for two weeks and was really happy with my choice. The host was great, always kind and helpful. She arranged a scooter and laundry for me, adjusted my breakfast time when I wasn’t around in the mornings, and even let me use her fridge to store some food. The room was cleaned regularly (maybe even more than necessary 😄), always with beautifully folded towels and flowers. I had the garden room and also had access to another outdoor area for yoga, which was a lovely bonus. If you’re looking to stay in this area, I’d definitely recommend this place. They’re new on Booking, but you can already find more reviews on google maps.

Negative: It was tricky to find the place on the first day, but once you know where it is - problem solved! I noticed they also added some more navigation posters in the street to help the newcomers like me :)
