Centrally located just over a mile to downtown CDA, and minutes to the lake, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and many other area attractions, our home is the perfect base for your CDA stay! Situated in a quiet, established neighborhood, our home is ideal for guests traveling to CDA for business or leisure and looking to experience an authentic local experience.
The interior has been beautifully remodeled and features brand new furniture, beautiful wood flooring, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 4 cozy bedrooms with brand new beds and soft, luxurious bedding and plenty of closet space. The living room and family room have smart TV's equipped with YouTube TV that allows you to watch live sports, news and other "cable" channels, or you can log into all your favorite streaming subscription apps. The family room has a dedicated workspace and the reliable, highspeed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely. The dining room has plenty of seating for family or group meals and there is also a washer/dryer on the main level.
Relax in the fully fenced backyard oasis (new photos coming this Spring!) that features an in-ground private/heated pool, a cabana with a 1/2 bathroom, gas firepit and outdoor living space (please note the backyard area is winterized during the colder months. Please call to check availability.)

There is a 1 car garage also available for guests to use during their stay and plenty of parking in the driveway and along the street.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
