Summary: The host is awesome! Great communication, added little bonuses like complimentary snacks and the game room made it REALLY fun for our kids! Other little touches like labels everywhere made it guest friendly. The only downfall is it's hard to sleep there because of street noise. Bring ear plugs. Also, the rooms really needs some blackout curtains over the blinds because the street lights are super bright. We did our best to try to cover the light with a towel, but couldn't make it stay up. 2 of our kids couldn't sleep well at all the first night due to noise, bright light and super creaky floors. If you just walk to the bathroom it wakes people up. Luckily we tired them out enough the 2nd night so they slept better. If not for street noise, bright rooms at night and super creaky floors, I'd give it 5 stars.

Summary: For context, we came to visit family. The property is well-kept and as described and in a nice walkable neighborhood area, close to many basics that you might want. It's pretty close to UK, though I can't speak to game-day traffic. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with cookware/tools. Beds and furniture were comfortable. That living room area with the couches is great for gatherings, to say nothing of the game room area. The only thing you might miss - and this was not an issue for us as we had most of our meals at other places - is that there isn't a dining table for more than three. It was a little cool and rainy for us to use the nice yard/pool area behind the house. I found the host wonderfully communicative. Will look this place up again if we come back to Lexington.

Summary: This place is awesome! Very clean with lots of modern updates. The neighborhood is close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well stocked, and the washer and dryer were convenient for my family of six. Also loved the coffee bar! We would stay here again for sure.

Summary: Perfect location, clean house, friendly owner! We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect central location - lots for the kids to do and the house itself had a pool/games that kept our younger kids entertained. We highly recommend it for families!
