2 Bedroom Villa in Spring Estate, Bequia

Luxury villa is nestled on half an acre of tropical gardens in the hills of Spring Estate. Bay Tree Villa has a fabulous view overlooking a coconut plantation, Spring Beach and the Island of Battowia in one of the quietest locations on Bequia, perfect for peace and privacy, whilst also being only a 15 minute drive from the islands best beaches and 10 minute drive from the bustling harbour with a variety of Bars and Restaurants.
Two king size master suites on either side of the open plan living/ kitchen. Both bedroom suites are fully screened with views over the pool and ocean allowing in the tropical breezes. One bedroom suite has a large king size 4 poster bed and leads out to the covered deck at the front of the villa, a separate dressing room and en suite bathroom with large stone shower. Second bedroom suite also with a king size bed (which can be split into twin beds on request) walk in closet and en suite bathroom.
The Villa offers a variety of outdoor spaces from the pool and sun terrace to the covered shade decks and BBQ patio. Beautiful and comfortable outdoor sun loungers and deep seating furniture on the deck in which to relax.
The living area is open plan to the dining room and kitchen with 14 ft doors leading to the covered deck. Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV with cable. Portable speaker to connect to your music. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker, double oven and gas hob. The kitchen leads out to a rear patio with dining for 4 and a BBQ grill.
The villa also has a fitness room for guests to enjoy which includes free weights, an elliptical machine, a floor mat and multi gym.
For those guests that seek activity there is plenty on offer from diving, snorkeling, fishing, tennis, hiking, sailing or day trips to nearby islands. Spa services can also be arranged at the villa.
Vehicle rental is also available on request.

Summary: House was very clean and private. Suzanne was very responsive and helped us with any questions that we had. She helped to arrange car rental and excursions. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Best place on the island to stay!

Summary: Our two weeks in the Villa were excellent, the house was as described and more, very well equipped and everything works fine. Very nice view with a pool, a great kitchen, a nice master bedroom and very attentive hosts. Summary: Suzanne went above and beyond for us at Bay Tree Villa. It felt like we had our own personal concerige. The villa itself was very beautiful and comfortable. I would argue that we had the best view on the island. We will definitely be going back to Bay Tree. I highly recommend visiting Bequia to experience 'Old Caribbean' and getting away from it all.
