Summary: The property was nice the thing we had a problem with is the pool and the hot tub wasn’t clean and the hot tubs jets wasn’t working at the time so of our stay.

Summary: Great property. Wished that the pictures match what was actually there irl, we prepared to grill on the bbq they had pictured on VRBO but it wasn’t the same bbq pit which is not a deal breaker but a little disappointing when you buy the ingredients to use the pit. The umbrella in the pool was not present but I understand there was a hurricane a couple weeks before but would have been nice to have shade since it was 90+ degrees outside. The grass was not cut either & pretty overgrown Last thing, the pool heater was on and there was no way of turning it off

Summary: Overall it was a great stay, there were some things like we didn’t have check in and check out information and the pool and hot tub were low and not clean. The property manager was quick to communicate and was very helpful when we reached out. We had a great time and would definitely stay again despite the bumpy start.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and found the owner very responsive to questions that we had during our stay. We were in Houston for one week at MD Anderson and then scheduled an appointment at the Woodlands location of MD Anderson (first available appointment). We were only 30 minutes away from the Woodlands location so the home was perfect for our 8-night stay. Hated we were there in February and did not get to enjoy the pool - it is beautiful and looked SO inviting! Overall, we would definitely stay here again if in this area.

Summary: This is a very clean, updated property. There was a bit of difficulty accessing the house, but some of that is my fault, due to me not being able to find the contract. However, the property manager was very communicative, and immediately helped me access the property. The master bedroom is close to a major road, but a sound machine can easily drown out the noise of the cars. It’s missing a few basic amenities like soap in the bathrooms, but other than that minor detail, it was a great house. Would happily stay again!
