Positive: Very nice house, nice pool, cool pool table. The master bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of food options nearby. The staff was fairly fast in replying to my emails/calls except when it came to me asking about the included Netflix subscription (which isn't a big deal at all)
Negative: We noticed a half empty water bottle and bottle of hand sanitizer appear while we were out, called the staff and they said that no one entered the house while we were out so that was kind of weird. The overall cleanliness could've been a little better, there were a few dead insects on the floor throughout the house as well as a random dirty sock. The pool table is off balance so don't expect to have a professional game of pool while here unless it gets fixed. The wine cooler didn't work and was visibly dirty. I don't drink wine so I didn't care, just something I observed. The cleaning fee is a little expensive given the obvious lack of a deep clean kind of makes you wonder why it's so high. But, overall a good stay.
