Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, three additional bedrooms with two queen size beds and one king bed. Pull out bed on lower level. Three full baths, new kitchen with breakfast bar and large eating area, living room with big screen TV, family room with big screen TV, & summer kitchen with laundry. Private yard has large pool and hot tub (fresh water for each group). Tennis courts, basketball and playground at school within two blocks. Central location is minutes to Okanagan Lake or Skaha Lake with beautiful beaches and boating. Many fabulous wine tours close by and beautiful golf courses. Outdoor patio with dining and Weber BBQ on kitchen balcony. Private yard has full sun all day long with gazebo for some shade, plenty of outdoor furniture to relax by the pool.

Summary: Lisa and Randy were incredible and easy to work with. The property was even more beautiful in person than the photos could capture. Kids went to hockey camp all day, adults got to enjoy the amazing air conditioning in the lovely house and then everyone jumped in the pool! The house has every amenity you could hope for- great kitchen for cooking, extra fridge for drinks, comfortable beds, floats for the pool and ample towels. The location is perfect- close to town for convenience but tucked away for privacy. Our week was relaxing and fulfilling; thank you for sharing your amazing home !! We will be staying here again for sure!

Summary: We just returned from staying at Randy and Lisa’s house for the second time and again, it was excellent. Their VRBO ad represents the house exactly and Randy is very easy to access should the need arise. Their home is exactly what our family needed and we had such a great time. Our grandchildren were in the pool all day every day! We highly recommend this property.

Summary: The home is very nice and larger than shows in the pictures. There were 10 of us (5 adults and 5 children) and the property easily accommodated all of us. The bedroom in the basement with the 2 queens is massive with enough room for our queen air bed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: A perfect house for two families to share. Well equipped in every category. The pool was a big hit! Evening sunsets and barbecuing on the upper deck was spectacular. Easy communication with the owners. I would highly recommend this place.

Summary: The family had an amazing time staying at the property while in Penticton. The location was central to all the activities. We enjoyed all the home had to offer and the backyard pool was a welcome relief during the summer heat.

Summary: Fabulous property! 2nd time staying at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for 5 adults, beautiful new kitchen for cooking our own meals, and our favourite was time spent by the pool and in the hot tub! And of course enjoying Penticton and the wineries in the area. Randy was great to help us with anything we needed.
