$50/day gas pool heater fee (During Fall / Winter Months)
o Conveniently located central Phoenix, interstates I-10 and I-17, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and entertainment.
o Sleeps 5 persons (1 queen bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 1 single roll-away bed (available for 5th person). All guests must be listed in reservation.

Summary: Such a great little pool house and property! Listing exactly what it promised to be. We got there after a pretty good wind storm the day before so the yard was a bit wind blown but it didn’t bother me at all. Neighborhood and surrounding area great for restaurants and a date night. If I have a family or larger group of people I need to host in the area will absolutely use the house and pool house to keep everyone together in a fun and inclusive space

Summary: It was cute, the inside was as described, the outside needed some attention. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was dirty, which was the main thing we wanted in our rental. So we did not end up using the pool but we cleaned the jacuzzi and used that, it was very nice with the little waterfall in it.
