Welcome to my home! I'm Ashley, I'm a local real estate agent but this is one of my personal properties. I've used an interior decorator to give you the most relaxing space possible during your stay. You have your own code. They are changed with every new tenant. Simply light the screen up by touching the icon in the middle. Then, enter your code followed by #.
You will not have a key for the doorknob. Feel free to lock it when you're home, but don't lock yourself out!
There is a security camera on the exterior of the property that feeds to my cell phone. Please do not dismantle these cameras. Tampering with the security equipment is grounds for immediate dismissal.
I want you to kick back and relax after your long shifts and have access to fun things to see and do around Phoenix during your time off. I've written a book called "Travel To Phoenix, A Travel Guide and Journal" that gives you a way to customize your stay! If you choose my property, a house copy will already be on your coffee table. It's used as a guest book and a review station for different experiences around the Valley. I hope your time here is as memorable as it is profitable!
I don't like there to be a lot of rules but here's an overview:

- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
When checking out:
- Place all garbage in the trash can so housekeeping knows what needs to be thrown away vs. what may have been accidentally left behind.
- Strip the sheets off the bed and put all used linens in the laundry basket. Even the items you used and washed so everything to be professionally cleaned. PLEASE LEAVE THE MATTRESS AND PILLOW ENCASEMENTS IN PLACE.
- Leave the Pool and Mail Key on the kitchen counter
- Lock the door behind you
