Upper Level – Rest & Retreat
The upper level features three spacious bedrooms.
The master suite enjoys stunning ocean views and features a King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a brand-new ensuite.
Bedrooms two and three each offer King beds, which can be configured as two King Singles upon request, and share a stylish new bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans for year-round comfort.
Main Living Level – Ocean Views & Entertaining
The heart of the home is dedicated to relaxed coastal living and entertaining. The newly renovated designer kitchen, complete with a spacious island bench and butler's pantry, flows seamlessly into the open-plan living and dining areas. Two separate living spaces provide room for everyone to spread out and relax, with one lounge featuring a television and the other perfectly positioned to enjoy the magnificent ocean outlook.
High ceilings, original timber beams and rafters add warmth and character, while large glass doors connect the indoor living spaces to both the expansive front deck and the private rear entertaining area. Spend your days enjoying the sweeping Pacific Ocean views, cooling sea breezes, family meals, long lunches and relaxed evenings by the pool.
Lower Level
The lower entrance level offers a spacious fourth bedroom and an additional full bathroom with a bath, making it the perfect retreat for children, teenagers or extended family members. This versatile room features two Single beds that can be converted into a King bed upon request.
Two additional Single trundle beds are available for an extra $150 setup fee, allowing the room to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. A built-in window seat creates a cosy space to relax, read or unwind after a day at the beach.

Airport: Sunshine Coast Airport - this is the closest airport to Noosa, located half an hour's drive south in Maroochydore. Direct flights operate from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast multiple times a day.
Pets - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a 150 dollars per dog fee - all dogs on application and then approval.
There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.

Summary: It can be tough to find somewhere that ticks all the boxes for everyone in the family, but this beach house was perfect for a holiday with our young people. Space to relax alone or with others, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a great spot for the dog too. We enjoyed going to sleep to the sound of the ocean and spending our days on the deck or in the pool. We'll be back!

Summary: Beautiful large home with wonderful coastal views. It was the ideal home for a large family reunion over Christmas & the New Year. It had plenty of living areas, a large deck & poolside lounging to accommodate us all. The pool was a winner for young & old. Shopping is a 6 minute drive away at Noosa Junction. The house is on 3 levels & the most direct route to the beach involves many stairs - these kept us fit but might prove a challenge for the elderly. We really enjoyed our stay & Sacha replied promptly to my queries.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay - the house was very spacious for 2 families with young adults and older teenagers. Plenty of room for us all to spread around and relax, especially as the weather kept us inside for half the week. Loved being able to walk down to the beach for sunrise or watch it from the deck. The house is well equipped, beds and sofas very comfortable.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at 65 Seaview - we stayed for 10 days / 9 nights and enjoyed some truly magical days. The Noosa National Park and A-Bay is right at your doorstep, but there's really no need to head over there as the dog beach out the front was fantastic (our pup loved it). The split spaces in the property, incredible views and wonderful beach straight out the front really made for a relaxing break for our family and our friends, with the pool out the back being just perfect when we'd had enough of the beach. A couple of points to note: - Although it's straight across from the beach, you are actually 30m above the beach on the Sunshine Beach headland and 170+ steps down to the beach, which can be very difficult with small children or if you're not terribly mobile. - The layout really makes the home a pleasure to be in, but with the main living area between two floors and 15 steps up and down is not great for small children (we bought and installed baby gates for the week to eliminate tumbles for our 18 month old). - The windows upstairs are not safe for unsupervised children (including our 7 year old), which open very easily but are very difficult to shut and have no screens or guarding. - Blockout blinds in the upstairs bedrooms would be an amazing addition. We really love watching the sunrise, but really need more sleep. It might sound like we didn't have a great stay - but we absolutely had a lovely time, and would happily stay again (once our kids are a bit older!).

Summary: Our family of 5 (plus dog!) loved our week at sunshine beach. very well located right across the road from the stairs to the beach. loved the mornign dog walks and beach time. close enough to walk for coffees too. house very well set out for families to enjoy time in the house too. Pool handy for the windy days at the beach. Great views of whales everyday! We'll be back!
