This large family home has loads of sleeping space, seven bathrooms, and is a wonderful venue to relax and take in the beauty and history of St. Augustine. Hang out with family and friends in the huge family and game room with oversized sectional, ping-pong, and game table, all overlooking the pool. This home also includes a separate second floor apartment with a king bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom, sitting room, and balcony with views to the pool and marsh, perfect for grandparents or a couple who want some privacy while traveling with the family. The beautiful new spacious deck over the creek will become your favorite oasis for hanging out with family or friends watching the sunset, enjoying the firepit under the stars, or soaking in the sun while the kids play in the pool.
