3 Bedroom House in St. Augustine

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house ( sleeps 6). One king bed, one queen bed, and two twins. It also has a private pool ( with a deep end). It’s located on Anastasia island in the Davis Shores neighborhood of Saint Augustine. It’s about a 6 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk into downtown over the Bridge of Lions ( it’s a drawbridge). It is also about a 5 minute drive to the beach. You can drive your ( 4-wheel) vehicle on the beach in Saint Augustine. Our neighborhood has tons of amazing restaurants, the alligator farm, the light house & the farmers market ( Saturday morning). Walk or bike to concerts/farmer’s market at the Saint Augustine amphitheater. Walk or bike to Saint Augustine lighthouse park area. Walk or bike to Saint Augustine state park beach area and bury your toes in the white sandy beach or take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean. Blackfly, mellow mushroom, Osteens, sarbez, Cheeba hut, llama, candlelight, mojo tacos, creative juices are just a few restaurants on the island.

Summary: Great property in quiet neighborhood. Near St. Augustine Beach, Anathasia State Park (beach), Lighthouse and Downtown Historic St. Augustine, and a lot of great restaurants and attractions. The pool was a great way to start and end the day.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay! The location is wonderful to walk to several restaurants and activities. Back yard was relaxing! Couldn’t use pool because it was too cold out. Loved the fire pit for the chilly nights! Adding some wine glasses and extra plates might be helpful. Overall wonderful trip! Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Beautiful house in a great location - had all of the amenities and was close to historic downtown/other attractions. Owner was helpful and responsive to all questions. We enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend this property for a vacation rental.

Summary: I can’t say enough about how great this house was! Located between downtown and the beach (not more than 10 minutes to either). This house had plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool and pergola area were fantastic for hanging out in even in hot weather. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, pool floats, it had everything.

Summary: Everything was a quick bicycle ride, walk or a 2 minute drive into downtown St. Augustine. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, host was very responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

Summary: We stayed at this amazing property with our 4 years old twins. The locations was perfect 5 min drive to the historic district. Communication with the house manager was great she was so quick at replying. Highly recommend
