Positive: Not much, the bed was sort of comfortable

Negative: So many things need changing. The shower was either no pressure/not working or flooded. Poos floating in the toilets that can’t flush. The private double room window goes into the restaurant, very weird and can’t get natural air in the room. Not a single hook in the room for hanging stuff, especially bad for a beach location. Everything in the kitchen is so old and disgusting, cutting boards brown from dirt. You have to pay for towels even when booking a double room. No vibe, no music playing or anything. Staff didn’t tell us any information or show us around and flat out ignored me when greeting them. The place was empty and no wonder. It’s a shame the hostel itself looks nice and good location, just needs new management and fixing, a few events to make it fun.

Summary: Such a disappointment, go elsewhere if you want to be able to shower properly and actually meet people

Positive: Great location, lovely to be in a friendly hostel that's next to the party hostels. The perfect balance of chilling and then easy access to fun when you want it! Directly from local, cheap & delicious food and super easy walk to Popoyo main break. Love the yoga space upstairs. The amenities are simple yet clean. I stayed in a private room. Would visit again.
