Summary: The pool area was great and towels were provided. I believe breakfast was included also but we did not attend. Staff at the front desk was kind and helpful. Rooms seem to have been updated recently; wallpaper and shower could use some attention but everything was clean. Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel as a quick one-night stop over.

Summary: The Port Inn is a good option, and one of the more affordable hotels in the area. Entry to the rooms is from the outside; it's a converted old motel. Rooms are clean and include a handy fridge and microwave. Some travelers complained about road noise - the hotel is b/w I-95 and the Route 1 bypass - some traffic noise is inevitable. Breakfast options were reasonable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside I noticed is that the mattresses seemed a bit soft and in need of replacement - but I've encountered that at every hotel at which I've stayed recently.

Summary: Bed was comfy, but small. Outdated for the price. Breakfast was very average. Small space for eating. Reception was nice. Check in and out was fast and easy. Biggest complaint would be the outdated room, bathroom window didn’t have curtains.

Summary: People were very nice, but the hotel itself was not in the best shape. Had a day with no hot water & no warning about it, had to call to find out what the deal was. When it finally came back on it was so brown it looked like Coca-Cola coming out of the tap. Very close to the freeway, so extremely loud road noise. Definitely request a room that faces the parking lot & has no rooms above you unless you want to listen to people stomping all night long.

Summary: After a long day touring the Isle of Shoals with my sisters it was so nice to be able to relax, unwind and refresh in a very comfortable, clean room. Staff was friendly, breakfast was very nice (although we were excited about mini waffles and they apparently had changed that to pancakes. Still delicious though). We spent some time at the well cared for, crystal clear pool before heading in to town for the day, which was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We were the only guests put in the back section of hotel facing freeway. Refrigerator leaked water. Bathroom door had to be forced to close. Spider webs on bathroom window. Lotion dispenser was empty. Breakfast servers were very nice. A little pricy for what we got

Summary: Very quiet place and very friendly staff. The office was not marked very well on where you check-in. Everything was clean. We did not know about the one hundred dollar fee until we checked in that they hold for several days.
