Welcome to our waterfront refuge! Here you can unwind on the spacious waterfront deck; listen to the gently lapping water, watch eagles, majestic herrons and countless seabirds. and mesmerized by the ever-changing lights and colors of the bay and the mountain range.
Take part of the northwest outdoor lifestyle; star glaze after the endless sunset; and retire to a restful home away from home.
The villa is just a half-hour ferry ride from downtown Seattle or Edmonds and a scenic drive from Bainbridge island or Kingston to port Ludlow, 90 minutes from Sea-Tac international airport, or arrive by float plane from Seattle's Lake Union.
About the villa:
All rooms are soundproof for added privacy and relaxation, wifi in all rooms.
Living room -- large and comfortable seating areas, 40' HDTV, cable with 90+ channels, DVD player, a queen size sofabed for additional guests.
Dining room -- full size dining table for 6-8.
Kitchen -- fully stocked glasses & dishes, utensils, pots & pans, dishwater, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, and a Forman grill.
2 bedrooms -- queen size beds with full bath in each bedroom. A pullout sleeper chair in 2nd bedroom for child/small adult.

Summary: Very relaxing stay. Beautiful property. Well appointed. Showers could use updating. Tub shower a little tough for older seniors. Shower faucet handle difficult to manage.

Summary: Communication with Joyce was excellent. Property was exactly as listed, yes dated BUT comfortable, clean, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need should you actually want to cook all meals at the condo. The only negatives were no screens in the windows or sliders so bugs flew in and both mattresses but especially the one in the waterfront bedroom was so saggy in the middle, two people rolled together giving us both backache, so I had to sleep on the couch. Neither of these things impacted an overall excellent stay and I would recommend and stay again in the future

Summary: We are delayed in leaving this response but still thinking about how appreciative we were for this property. We had plenty of room, incredible views, and a well equipped property. We definitely want to come back in warmer weather (we were there in December) so that we can enjoy more amenities.

Summary: We needed a place to stay for a week . This condo was dated but nice. The shower head did leak in the front bathroom but otherwise everything worked well. The Beach Club is a great perk and there was plenty areas to walk near the water. We would rent it again

Summary: We were very happy with the Unit. The view was amazing. We felt very comfortable. We liked and appreciated the communication in regards to directions to the unit, how to use the tv, heat, and other things. We appreciated having items available such as soap, shampoo, paper towels and other items available that we might have needed.

Summary: While the condo is certainly dated, it is well stocked, cared for, and has beautiful views of the bay. I was here for a work trip, but would love to come back for a relaxing getaway and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: Wonderful setting. Saw 9 river otters swimming by after awakening 1st morning. They thought of everything we would need. Clean as could be...hope to return some day.

Summary: We were in Port Ludlow for a family reunion so just stayed at the condo for sleeping and breakfast. We loved the beautiful view of the water. This comfortable condo had everything that we needed. The beds were nice and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing breakfast. Parking was easy and so close to the front door. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if in the area again.

Summary: Such a comfortable condo. Very quiet neighborhood- pools, hot tub and courts a huge plus. I was recovering from some unplanned medical issues- proved to be the perfect spot! Husband and ten year old daughter could take advantage of amenities while I was able to relax and recoup in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed the deck, brought kayaks that my family was able to easily use and enjoy. It’s a nice location for exploring other areas too. We had a fun day exploring Port Townsend, which we had not been to previously, about 25 Minutes away. Also want to mention how nice the layout of the condo is! BOTH bedrooms have a connected full bathroom. I traveled with my hubs and daughter but so nice to have separate bathrooms! Ideal set up for Two couples or families w kids. Thanks for a nice way to round out our summer travels!
