Summary: This is a little three bedroom cottage that is well maintained. We have been coming to Rockport for 20 years. This is our first time at this little house and it was a great stay.

Summary: The view of the canal was great. Neighborhood was nice and not noisy. Loved going to Rockport Beach! It was the best part of the trip.

Summary: Great location and quite comfortable. We really liked the dock on the canal. We left our kayaks/paddle boards on the dock and were ready to go out first thing in the morning. We did have a little trouble with the electric lock but the they had a back up key in a separate lock box.

Summary: Beautiful home, clean, full amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Nice location near shopping and great restaurants. Comfortable furniture throughout the house. Great water pressure in the showers. It was a great place to stay for a weekend trip with friend.

Summary: We have been coming to Rockport for 8 years on average 6 times a year staying a minimum of a week at a time. My husband is a guide, and we have four kids. This house was not only affordable but perfect. The location was away from the hustle of the city, but close enough to get to rockport AND port Aransas without it being a headache. It was on a great canal, full of green lights, that produced a great amount of fish. The house came with everything we needed, was clean and didn’t have one thing wrong with it. The neighbors were sweet and great company. Let me put it this way, if we were to have the opportunity to purchase this house, we would have.
