Summary: When we first arrived the house was wonderfully cleaned and ready for us to change that. Very cozy and well stocked with appliances and most all needed to cook up a meal. Pool and pool area was awesome! Neighborhood was convenient to shopping and very quiet. We were probably the only disturbance(6 little girls and 2 adults lol) Enjoyed our time and would definitely suggest for any size family!!!

Summary: This property was close to our daughter's place so it was a great location for us. We were 15 minutes away from her in Hudson and an hour away from Clearwater Beach. The pool was great but could have used more outdoor seating. Only had seating for 4 plus 1 lounge chair.

Summary: There was no welcome packet so we needed to contact the agent about the internet. There were not enough trash bags. I would suggest a night stand and lamp on both sides of all the beds with a light with usb on each. Luckily we were familiar with Roku TV but instructions would be nice. The house was very nicely decorated. Thank you for sharing

Summary: The property had a number of items which needed immediate attention which the property manager did her best to correct quickly. Given the price we would have expected a higher standard & most items could have been corrected prior to our stay with some fore thought and a thorough inspection.
