Positive: The location was great . The house was well equipped and cute.
Negative: i was a bit confused as to what our responsibility was to the laundry. The washer, speed wash and smell from the open washer were a bit much.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay! The rental had all the conveniences of home. We liked the location since we were close to family. I enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard one night. I really liked having the two bathrooms, and the size of the kitchen!
Negative: We had to look up the key code each time because it was so many digits. It would be nice to have one that was easy to remember or the ability to create our own code. The number pad was very quick to reset if we didn't enter the numbers promptly.
Summary: Great vacation home and we would stay here again in the future.

Positive: I love the location, quiet and very comfortable. The property is exceptional for muti days stay with family. I wished I had more time to explore local areas, where as, 3 nights were not long enough.
Summary: Excellent and would like to stay a but for more days of leisure than working.

Positive: The location was quiet and surrounded by green. Easy to get to. The rooms were decent size. The cooking and eating area were pleasant. The sitting area was comfortable.
Negative: I could not make any code work except for the garage door code. If there is a trick to it, it would be nice to know what it is. I noticed other reviews mentioned it, so I was prepared. Once inside, my handicapped husband could navigate adequately. The king bed was low enough for him, so we really appreciated that. It would be nice if you could create a ramp to get in. We were able to get him in, but you are so close to be to say accessible, I thought I would provide this feedback.

Positive: Upon arrival, we couldn't get the door code to unlock the door but when I called to ask about that, the lady tried to help us to no avail. She then gave us the garage door code and that worked!
Negative: The home fit our needs perfectly! We loved the deer and birds (with bird food included)! Loved the trail to the beach at the tree line next to the house!
Summary: Absolutely the perfect house for us!
