Positive: Very good, new hotel with a wonderful view and spacious rooms. Excellent for relaxing. I highly recommend it!
Negative: The pillows are very high, and there is no other option. Even so, the staff was helpful and offered duvets to make sleeping more comfortable. The pool water is quite cold. For breakfast, you can only choose one item. They could switch to a buffet or another format.

Positive: The hotel is very clean and well-organized, with especially friendly service. We received excellent service from Lorenzo. It is well located, allowing easy access to many points of interest during the trip. The restaurant is good, and the pool is very enjoyable.

Positive: Brand new accommodation which is clearly very promising, offering a luxurious atmosphere. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming manager. Located in a beautiful area, with a view on the Shkoder lake. Also a sparsely populated area, so the restaurant downstairs was very convenient and offered fine (albeit pricey) food.
Negative: Not a big deal at all, but during breakfast, only the first cup of coffee was included. It's not really about the money, but this does not provide for the best experience from a guest's perspective. In the restaurant, staff should have more knowledge about the menu. There is wine, but no wine menu and no information about the wine on the regular menu either. In the room, the curtains leave a lot of light through and are primarily decorative; some information about the possibility to close the shutters outside would be helpful. Now, I found out too late and woke up very early in the morning because of the light.

Positive: Very good location on the doorstep to the alps. Really accommodating staff. Manager talked to me and I felt very accommodated. Very modern in and outside. The view from the terrace of the restaurant is amazing.

Positive: Clean and modern hotel. Spacious and well appointed room. Staff, and especially the manager, Kledio, were genuinely interested in making our stay at the hotel, and in Albania in general, as good as possible. Kledio went above and beyond on every occasion. Food was fantastic with some of the best gnocchi we ever had.
