Positive: An affordable stay in walking distance from the Pompeii scavi train station (which can get you into the ruins, mt Vesuvius and sorrento.) and includes a great breakfast! Its location was perfect for walking to the train stations to head to mt. Vesuvius or sightseeing the ruins. My family of four stayed here comfortably and visited the ruins and Vesuvius without needing to rent a car. The room was comfortable to accommodate my family of 4. The outdoor patio and dining area was a great place to finish or start our day surrounded by fruit trees. The stay included breakfast which was a cherry on top. In the evening, we also enjoyed the dinner with their partner restaurant, which I would also recommend. Michael, the host, was warm and inviting, he took great pride in our satisfaction. He made us feel like his family. Michael even provided us transportation to and from the restaurant. I would recommend anyone to stay here, for the price and location, it really cannot be beat. I will be staying here again if I come to Pompeii again.

Positive: Very new, clean and modern finishes. Comfortable beds and nice decor. Lovely home made breakfast in the morning.
Negative: There were no check-in instructions sent through messages/ email by hosts how to access room and keys before check in. This would if been very useful. We had to wait outside for a bit and call hosts.
