Positive: The property was amazing and staff went above and beyond for their customers. Property was clean and house keeping always made sure they came and visited to see If there was anything that we needed. Food was delicious and my mother and I had so many options to pick from. Picking this hotel was one of the best decisions I have made and I will definitely be back.
Negative: I have no complaints.

Positive: The property was well thought out and very comfortable. There were enough sun loungers ect. Entertainment team was very active and engaging without being too pushy.
Negative: The buffet. There is a meat station and people would take 1-2 plates of meat leaving nothing for the rest of the people. I would suggest someone stand and dish up for the people as they waste and are inconsidered. We were there for 4 nights and at 2 dinners we didnt get any of the grilled meat dishes.
Summary: Would defenitly recommend if you want to relax and revitalize yourself.

Positive: The staff were friendly and attentive. The spa treatments were excellent. Food was available at most times of the day which was so useful if we got back late. We enjoyed having inclusive drinks! The pool music wasn’t to my taste… I like to relax when I’m by the pool and prefer a calmer experience.

Positive: I have stayed 5 night in this lovely hotel and location is perfect near to city and all the areas in Antalya. Beach is so clean , and food is delicious. Entertainment team is outstanding , they have many activities and full on fun.
Negative: Technical service is very slow, i had a problem in my apartment and they took very long time to fix it and at the end it was not properly done. Housekeeping manager is not friendly, she never smiles. The only 2 departments was negative was technical service and housekeeping department. Rest all the staff was helpful, that's why i am giving 10/10 because of other staff members.
