Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. The bar options for food and drink were good . The location was fine if you don't mind a 20 minute walk into the centre down the main road. The gym was well equipped with free weights and some cardio equipment and the indoor pool and sauna was welcome on a rainy day.
Negative: The room was a little.underwhelming. More storage space in the room would have been helpful. One dish in the evening meal was inedible (a rib of beef) but otherwise good.

Positive: The location was absolutely spot on! We were literally surrounded by every shop you can think of and best of all the area was so vibrant and full of amazing restaurants. I couldn't have asked for a better location as it made my holiday so much more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was also quite rich offering a variety of delicious options. The attendants were super friendly and very polite.
Negative: The hotel was fantastic. Great location and wonderful service. Unfortunately the sink in our bathroom was blocked and the water would build up and take forever to go down. I reported the issue but it was never fixed till I left. I find that very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. I always expect a premium service when I'm in hotels that charges a premium price and such incidents leave me a bit miffed.
Summary: Fantastic location, quaint hotel and vibrant area
