Summary: The trip was really great. The only issue we had is one of our rooms didn’t have electricity.

Summary: The staff in all departments were excellent and very attentive and helpful. The breakfast selection was amazing and the food quality was as you would expect from a first class hotel. Next time we come to Lisbon we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Summary: Room is not very clean unfortunately. There’s stain on the bed. The housekeeping isn’t cleaning all spots in the bathroom.

Summary: Room sizes were small (we were in a Suite and even then). Excellent location. Breakfast spread is very nice. Rui from the front office was extremely helpful.
