Summary: The place is beautiful and clean. Parking situation wasn’t difficult and definitely kid friendly, I requested a play pen for my 7 month old and they delivered it with no issues. We love a place that has amenities for the kiddos.

Summary: We loved our hotel stay! We liked the fact it truly is a dog friendly hotel. Everyone was so accommodating and provided the best customer service. Our dogs were provided with freshly baked treats & cute bandanas. It was also nice that you can bring your dogs to the hotel restaurant. The hotel was centrally located by the wharf and other restaurants. We would stay here again.

Summary: Our stay was very nice! Just had to wait for our room to be ready. We arrived around 3:40, but we could not get to our room until close to 4:30. My husband is on oxygen, so it was quite important for him to charge his portable machine.

Summary: Our room did not have air conditioner. There was a wall mounted unit/fan with no thermostat that did not work. They had windows propped open instead. And the street noise and people walking by were loud. Our room on our last visit had air conditioner with a thermostat.

Summary: Amazing the people are very friendly and it's also pet friendly. Just unable to leave pet's in room to go site seeing and do some shopping. It's near a busy street with lots of shopping and eating places.
