Positive: The staff at this new and contemporary-style property are friendly and helpful. Breakfast offering is good, but make sure to ask what they have ... they can meet most tastes. Great lunch/dinner restaurant 100 metres away.

Negative: Bottled water and tissues need to be included in the room cost ... this is basic.

Positive: Newly refurbished Posada with lots of taste and art of service. You can really see that the owners are in the service industry since you have a sense of 5* hotel service. Very private and calm place just next to the beach.

Negative: They should invest a bit more in the refurbishment of the rooms and bathrooms as they look a bit cheap in comparison to the price you pay per night as well as in comparison to the common facilities which look very stylish.

Positive: Breakfast was great. Hotel located an easy walk to the beach. Front desk very helpful with good restaurant recommendations and making reservations. Also got me a taxi when bus dropped me off in Jose Ignacio. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
