Positive: The location.
Negative: Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with noticeable dust and several cobwebs, which was disappointing. The food offered a good variety, but the quality was lacking. Most dishes were quite bland and gave the impression that very low-cost ingredients were being used. The indoor restaurant was also extremely noisy, making both breakfast and dinner an unpleasant experience. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the cleanliness, food quality, and dining atmosphere need significant improvement.
Summary: Dirty room, bad food quality. Good location.

Negative: Beach is really mediocre, staff was ok, they also wanted extra money for the beach beds?!?!? As if paying so much money for mediocre hotel was not enough they had to go and be extra greedy... 100% not worth the money. Pay few hundred euros more and go to Mexico or pay less and go to Turkey.

Positive: Location, breakfast, helpful staff, proximity to beach, bike rentals I attended a wedding at the Poseidon Palace and it was absolutely fabulous from the decorations, location, good, everything!
Negative: Rooms were not at the level of a 4 or 5 star hotel. Bed sheets/covers dated, no kettle or other extra amenities in room. Light switch not next to the front door. When arriving at my room at night, I must cross the room in the dark to put the card in the slot for electricity and lights.
