Summary: Everything was great! The property description was exactly what you get. Very quiet neighborhood at the end of the road. The neighbors were very quiet. The sound of the river out back was very nice. Ducks, geese & the occasional Bald Eagle flying over the river was fun to watch. Lots of squirrels--but our two labs loved it!

Summary: We had a couple of issues and the rental agency sent someone out right away to correct. The only final issue was that the dryer for clothes did not work other than this. This place was beautiful.

Summary: Just what we needed. Absolutely gorgeous location, beds were very comfortable, sun porch was lovely. House was nicely furnished and updated but sparsely appointed - found an iron but no ironing board, and just very basic kitchen items aside from dishes, silverware, a few Rubbermaid containers, and salt/pepper, not even creamer for coffee. The washer/dryer front panel was all torn apart when we arrived with wires hanging out and screws on the floor, which was not great to have with kids and no door to block access to it right there in the bathroom, but the property manager had someone come put it back together the next day, although it was still inoperable during our stay. The biggest bummer about our stay, however, was the Parkway Fire broke out just across the river and we were forced to evacuate from the property for part of our stay. It was nice that the property manager notified us about the original evacuation order, but follow up about the incident was non-existent and made for a very confusing, stressful, situation where we were left on our own in an unfamiliar place to figure out what to do and where to go in an emergency. Overall, though, when we were able to get back into the property after the wildfire was contained, we were sad to have to leave the next day and would absolutely stay again.

Summary: Very lovely house right by the river. Though there was not direct access to the river, there is a park within walking distance to access it. Lovely sunroom, we had coffee out there every morning and listened to the sound of the river. Great host also, I had made a mistake with the booking and all I had to do was call and they were able to accommodate right away. Would stay again.

Summary: The property is in a great area. Quiet, serene so very relaxing. In the sun room you can loose yourself just watching the River flow. You can also watch the sparrows feed on the outside bugs. The house was clean and provided the basic necessities. If you like to cook or bake bring your own ingredients and tools. Very spacious two bedrooms, sleeps 6 comfortably, but there is only one bathroom. Bedrooms and bathroom doors are a barn door configuration with no locks. Overall we had a great time and would definitely rent this property again!!
