Positive: Everything was perfect. The main street is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is very beautiful, just like in the pictures. The environment is also beautiful.
Negative: The coffee machine was missing, or we just couldn’t find it. It would be better if the temperature in the bathroom were a little warmer.

Positive: I found this accommodation last minute and the main reason for choosing it was the quiet spot near Dolina Białego but within walking distance to the centre. Here are Pros: - great location (quiet but reasonable distance to the Tatras Réservé - Dol. Białego and the centre) - spacious apartment with two bedrooms - good space for 3-4 people - large living room, play area for little ones (indoor and outdoor) - greatly equipped kitchen although no toaster (for those who like toast for breakfast - Poland is not a country to have one) - lots of facilities included like drying rack (important after wet walks), washing machine (we did not use it) and DISHWASHER (I was SO happy not to have to wash our dishes) - TVs in every room (if you need them) - we hardly used them - there is plenty of walking here in beautiful Tatras - For eating out - you're steps away from Karczma Czarci Jar - amazing food at very reasonable prices, very friendly góralka (Mountain Woman) but grumpy góral (man), the latter to be avoided - lastly not least - seating outside for those meals in a garden, and even a bench under a roof so you can wait/sit out (we had to wait for the slow ones getting ready for a trip). I hope I remembered to mention all the benefits. Generally it was a very nice stay.
Negative: This accomodation is quite pricey but as you've seen above - it's worth paying for the comforts. There are a few minor things that could be improved on: - no books or any info about possible trips, beautiful nature etc (not everyone uses the internet) - this was not a problem for us, but sth that older folk might miss - no soap in the bathroom (we had ours but it's sth that is a standard everywhere) - the towels were not great Lastly, I need to say that the owner mentioned the camera outside, which made me wonder - why? Considering the area seems very safe and quiet. Some people might feel safer that their entrance is watched, but I found it rather strange.

Positive: Owner thought of everything. Even the quality of the kitchen equipment. Spacious. Family of 4. Amazing little kids play zone inside which was so appreciated. Big bedrooms with TV’s. Parking easy. Walk into town takes about 10-15m with our 3&5 year olds also walking. But park on the way. Easy to find. Highly recommend. Also an outdoor play area for children to use but not enclosed. Owner friendly and helpful.
Negative: Bad drain smell from washing machine but didn’t effect the clothes we washed.
Summary: Immaculate, cosy, home from home, spacious.

Negative: We used the washing machine but it’s drum has sharp edges from old miss use that scratched our laundry and ruined some delicate items. I thought it would be nicer if the owner would show compassion, propose alternative washing option or maybe some compensation for the damage when I showed it to him
