Summary: My stay was supposed to be with a small group of friends for my birthday. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other ideas. So it turned into a solo get away. I couldn’t image a better retreat. The owner was very responsive and clear. The house exceptionally clean and equipped. Property was ready when I arrived, and check in was simple and easy. Lots of wildlife watching. The hot tub was fantastic. I can’t wait to visit in the warmer months to take advantage of all the outside amenities. But if you’re looking for a quiet winter retreat, this is the place.

Summary: We booked this stay as a girls trip with the plan of it being a quiet, peaceful, relaxing weekend to disconnect from our busy lives, and the house was exactly what we needed! The view from the living room upstairs is amazing, every morning I watched the sun come up in the river valley and burn off the fog. The bedrooms were perfect for what we needed with varying degrees of firmness in the matresses. The hot tub was very enjoyable. We felt like we weee secluded enough to enjoy the peace and privacy of the place while not being too far away from a store or gas station if we needed something.

Summary: Beautiful property far away from everything yet close enough to civilization when you want to find it. Very secluded and very private. Spectacular views and surroundings. Property is better than the photos of it online. Our host was great and we could not have had a better visit.

Summary: The house was perfect for our small family gathering. It was very clean and well appointed. We really appreciated the "starter" paper goods, soaps, basic seasonings and aluminum foil and saran wrap. The title was misleading, the Potomac River is there, but it is not accessible or even viewable. Host was very responsive to questions.

Summary: When I asked what everyone’s favorite part of the house was everyone said the view. The house was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The little local treats were a nice surprise and delicious. Everyone loved this house!

Summary: We had the most amazing weekend getaway here! Sunrise and Sunset are amazing here. Fishing is right there. Spotless clean hot tub! You can tell the water was fresh. You cant lose with this place.
