Positive: Elevator was old style I like the vibe of it. Atmosphere of hotel was good. Pool was good even included the spa, but if it was open before breakfast it could be even better to swim and eat. The stuff were nice and welcoming. The room was also fresh and spacious.

Positive: Food choices and quality were excellent. Spa ,gym and gaming rooms were excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Negative: Room decor was a bit tired. Cleaning of the room was poor. No coffee in the room or milk.

Positive: Hotel facilities and room comfort.
Negative: Good years are gone only remain the prices. Staff is polite but not really committed to guests. Food buffet is poor both on breakfast and dinner, constantly things were missing, had to ask and wait and the overall offer was like a 3 stars. Maintenance was poor several things not working.
