The space
This is a beautiful property that is centrally located in Sandy close to the freeway, and the slopes.
Large open floor plan with front room, kitchen and dining room in the same area which can easily accommodate over 20 people with room to spare.
Large couch with fireplace and TV will be the main gathering place of your group. But there’s also a second family room in a sunken living room with couches a desk area, TV and comfortable chairs to relaxing in. You will love the large two car garage to park your vehicles in and store your skis and your bikes plus a place for boots and ski jackets.
Includes a large capacity washer and dryer unit in house.
Upstairs has a large master with a in-suite bathroom, king bed and sofa bed at the foot, ceiling fan, TV and large armoire.
The second upstairs bedroom is a queen with a blackout curtains and closet.
The third upstairs bedroom is a set of bunkbeds with four single total and the TV for gaming.
Upstairs has a full bathroom that will be shared by those two bedrooms that is a tub shower combination.
The main area has a electric fireplace below a large TV with sound system and a U-shaped large couch, that flows into the kitchen with enormous island. Plenty of seating with five bar stools and adjoining dining room table with eight seats.
Below the first area is a sunken family room with large U-shaped couch, ottoman TV and for comfortable oversize chairs as well as a desk area and half bath.
Also on this area is where you would walk in from the garage to get to the mudroom/washer and dryer.
In the basement, we have three additional bedrooms and another full shower bathroom.
All of these bedrooms, have a TV and a fireplace for your comfort and warmth.
There are two kings and two queens in the basement.
You will absolutely love this house with its high quality linens, dishware, stemware and amenities, including coffee maker as well as espresso machine. Plenty of extra pills, blankets, and towels. Pour your comfort.
We have tons of parking with the two car garage as well as the main driveway, which can fit for additional vehicles .
Guest access
Entire areas of home there are no shared spaces. There is a separate (side street access) garage that the owner has reserved for doing repairs, but you’ll have your own two car garage to use to enter the house, which is the east main garage to the left of the front doors and you can park two cars and store bikes or ski equipment.

Guests we’ll need to sign a waiver to use the pool or hot tub facilities. Pool will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We can consider special request if weather permits.
