Our Powell Happy Place is in the perfect place for your vacation. You'll appreciate the fully stocked house with Lake Powell and mountain views that has everything for you to recoup and rejuvenate after playing and exploring. Enjoy our area's many activities like hiking, touring Upper & Lower Antelope Canyons, visiting Horseshoe Bend and playing on Lake Powell. You won't run out of things to do!
You will appreciate the scenic view of Lake Powell from the house's covered patio as you grill your dinner on the gas BBQ or cook dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. Take a stroll around the yard or enjoy sitting under a tree to listen to the many birds and wildlife in the area. Enjoy making family memories by playing a game of Lake Powell Monopoly or several of the other board games available. If you’d rather have an evening out, visit Page which is only 8 miles away to have a wonderful dinner at one of the many local restaurants and stroll through downtown visiting local shops.
With so many activities and places to explore you will want to stay longer! There are a myriad of hikes in the area that are amazing, schedule a tour of the world famous Lower or Upper Antelope slot canyons and visit Horseshoe Bend at sunset. Rent a boat to play and explore or book a wake sports tour on the one-of-a-kind Lake Powell! Rent UTV's to explore the beautiful unique mountains and rock formations which southern Utah is famous for. The house has a nice living room with a 55” Roku TV. The dining room seats eight so everyone can enjoy their meal together. There is a den with a pellet stove which makes the area nice and cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked and very roomy. There is a big master bedroom with its own walk-in closet and bathroom and also features a 50” TV. The 2nd bedroom has a TV and queen bed. The other two queens are located in the couch in the den and also from a Murphy bed in the living room. The outside walkway is beautiful with many plants and features a stone walkway to the front porch. The deck is covered and has a patio set with a wonderful view! Enjoy the fire pit for late night relaxing or use the grill for creating the perfect dinner.

Summary: What a lovely and charming place to spend our family time in. Extremely cozy kitchen as well stocked and the rules are more than spacious. Love the proximity to everything that we wanted to see. The home is immaculately maintained, and the decoration makes you feel right at home while on a vacation. The porch is so nice especially in the morning and late evening. Would you recommend 1000%?

Summary: The house is perfect for a family to spend and feel at home. Cooking was a breeze. Everything you need is in there. The whole family had some and plenty of space to play around. Outside is just the perfect setting for bonfires and s'mores. Even a morning cup of coffee. The views from the house are breathtaking.

Summary: What a beautiful place to stay after quite the adventure doing the Rim2Rim. It was perfect and nicely decorated. The kitchen is always important to me and had everything you could possibly need. The beds were so comfortable which is always a perk. Every night after a busy day we enjoyed the deck with our friends and loved every minute. So clean, so comfortable, just perfect!!! We will absolutely recommend this place to all who are headed to that area. Thank you so much!

Summary: Clean property. Grounds and landscape were charming. We did not use the kitchen or laundry facilities so cannot speak to that. If you are sensitive to scents this may not be the place for you. It smelled like there were glade air fresheners plugged in somewhere but I could not find them. We opened the windows which alleviated it enough for us. All in all, it was a wonderful one night stay.

Summary: This was the cleanest property I have ever visited. The Host did little things like put the towels on the bed so you didn't have to search for them. This extended to one of the most complete instruction books I have seen illustrated with photos. The house also had all the needed supplies visible (no searching to find the Kleenex box) and extra's in the cabinet. Nice touches like floss picks on the sink in the bathrooms. The Host clearly endeavors to make the stay as stress free and enjoyable as possible. Bravo! The house met my needs and enjoyed my stay.

Summary: We were thrilled with this stay near Page. The home was super clean, lots of extras provided like soaps, shampoos, laundry soap, hangers, and all the spices! Loved the ice maker, the view of the lake in the distances, how close we were to our attractions, the laundry room etc. easy to communicate with owner upon arrival and departure. Liked the book with all things to do. Felt safe at home and enjoyed getting to use the garage. We didn’t watch any TV nor use the grill (meant to but didn’t). Best stocked kitchen - had everything we needed. So glad we picked this house to stay at in Page!
