Positive: Breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were quite good and tasty, especially the coffee. However, a major downside was how cold it was in the restaurant in the mornings — there were strong drafts, and we had to wear warm sweaters during breakfast.
Negative: We chose Marriott Hotel for a family New Year holiday. Overall, the hotel itself is quite nice, but unfortunately the room was disappointing. - The mattress was far too soft and noticeably sagging on one side, which made sleeping uncomfortable. - The shower cabin was extremely small — I couldn’t even raise my arms without hitting the walls. - The shower drainage system was very poorly designed: water constantly flooded the floor and the drain kept getting clogged. - The view from the window was terrible — it faced the hotel’s inner courtyard. Opening the window was impossible because there seems to be a kitchen inside the courtyard, and cooking smells were constantly coming up. This was especially frustrating since I specifically requested a street-view room when booking. - The TV was very limited: it is not a Smart TV and only allows watching YouTube. Spa area: The spa is small, but children will enjoy swimming in the pool. That said, the water could be heated more — getting into the pool was not very comfortable. Additional major downside: It was very surprising that a hotel of this level did not have a bathrobe in a child’s size for my child. In all other hotels with spa facilities where we have stayed, children’s bathrobes were always available. This is a significant drawback.
Summary: Room and service did not meet the expectations for a hotel of this level.

Positive: Excellent location close to the city center and main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.
Negative: Housekeeping could be improved, as cleanliness did not always meet expectations.
Summary: A very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location.
