Summary: The front desk attendant at check-in was friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so it was a bit noisy until 11pm and at 6 am. The shower wouldn't work and the temperature was only boiling hot. The adjuster just spun and the shower stopped wouldn't stay up. When I told the lady at the front desk she said she would check it, didn't apologize or anything else. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

Summary: This is a safe, comfortable, and quiet hotel that is adjacent to the University of South Dakota. Parking doesn't seem to be a problem. There is no elevator or baggage arts. I had a cleanliness issue with the room that was at a level I couldn't tolerate. The nice lady at the front desk was a bit surprised by this and immediately gave me a different room. This room was definitely better but still in need of a deep cleaning in my opinion. Everything in the room worked just fine, A/C, refrigerator, TV, microwave, lighting, plumbing. The window opens for some fresh air too. I would definitely stay here again but my only advice would be to take the time to inspect the room before committing to it.

Summary: Parking and proximitiy to University of South Dakota is incredible. Outside appearance is average, but interior is recently remodled and very clean. Was quiet and peacefull. very little traffic or noise after 9pm. Basic Motel with few aminities, but very clean and priced perfectly for its offerings. Would easily stay again if visiting USD and didnt' plan to spend much time in the room.

Summary: What hotel does not have coffee in the morning?? The "Out of Order" sign looked like it had been there awhile. I like to give independent hotel owners a shot when I am traveling alone, my wife refuses for just the experience I had here. I will say everything was clean, but the sky blue walls gave me a little bit of a hospital feel!

Summary: Friendly staff, close to campus, warm bed and hot shower. I was traveling with a dog and they put me in a room on the first floor right by an exit door which was wonderful
