Positive: Great villa, with excellent service. The breakfast was a la carte and was terrific. Everyday they would leave complimentary cake or paistry in the house. They have a shuttle. Free use within 5kms from resort.

Positive: The staff were amazing, room was fantastic, having a private pool was the icing on the cake.
Negative: Location is a little tricky because you really need a car to get everywhere - no option to walk but even that wasn't a bad thing. Just need to be aware

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Prasana. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. We had the free breakfast with our package, and the food & coffee were great. The staff were so attentive and friendly! We even had free little desserts brought to us every evening during our stay, and they were delicious. Highly recommend staying there if you're looking for a comfortable and quiet place. It was great
Negative: I liked everything. However, the location was a bit far from the main tourist areas e.g Uluwatu temple and Padang Padang etc. But they offer a free shuttle bus within a 5km radius. Otherwise you can easily get a Grab or Gojek to wherever you need to go. The staff are also really helpful with this too

Positive: The room is very comfortable and the body wash is very fragrant，The front desk staff was always able to fully resolve my issues, and my friend had a birthday and we received a surprise cake
Negative: 1、We had a bad experience while having breakfast. There was a table of guests chatting at a high decibel. We reported it to the service staff, but they didn't seem to know how to deal with it. 2、The road leading to the hotel is very bad 3、The English skills of hotel staff need to be improved
