Positive: Great location, really cozy place, small and sweet, good and warm blanket, very nice shower, warm room equipped with all you need. Good lightning, rustic but very nice look.

Negative: WiFi did not worked at one point but it was not a big of an issue.

Summary: We booked for the second time in 2 years and will come back.

Positive: The location is very nice. a 10-minute walk to the ski lifts and some nice restaurants very close by.

Negative: The WIFI signal disappeared at time for several hours which was very annoying. The nearest free parking was nearly a Km away. The mattress was hard, but Luca brought us another blanket and we slept on top of the comforter.

Summary: We came to ski and needed a place to sleep with a washer, the apartment was perfect for this.

Positive: Good location and clean room. Though we did not see the host during our stay, we still felt he was available to help with anything we might have needed—he even left some life-saving paracetamol in front of our door when one of us came down with a light fever late at night.

Negative: The fridge humming during the night might be an issue for light sleepers. No other complaints besides that.

Positive: The location is perfect. Very central and accessible. The host is super nice. Although we did not see him and he was available on phone only (because it was Christmas) but he was always available and helpful. I bothered him (which I didn't want to) on Christmas because the sink in the kitchen was a bit difficult to understand. And water got clogged but he told us how to fix it. Overall, the view from the window was amazing. Very quiet. Everything was available.

Negative: The only problem we had was during cooking our food, as we didn't carry basic necessities like oil, etc and since it was Christmas time so everything was closed including the restaurants and supermarket. And without much oil in the kitchen, we couldn't cook properly. But overall a very nice stay and experience. Highly Recommended.
