Positive: Location is a few miles from central Edinburgh with the airport being closer. (Unlike a lot of areas of London, streets are safe enough to walk at night! ✅) The studio was larger than expected & a great size for one or 2 people. Was extremely well appointed, has all the facilities required for any length of stay. Very clean & comfortable, like new. 👍🏽 Shops, restaurants, pub, etc directly opposite or others all within reasonable walking distance. Bus stops (25 mins travel to/from Edinburgh) very close by.

Negative: Being just a little picky & not knowing if rates are seasonal, I thought it was a fraction overpriced. (Sorry hosts, just my opinion, I travel a lot for work & pleasure in UK but it wouldn't stop me booking again when next there 😊)
