Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to the center. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in process was smooth, and the Renters team was responsive and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to staying again in the future.

Positive: Location was great for us, room was also big. Nice mountain view, well not perfect view because 1 building is in front of the balcony. Room temperature did not drop in the night, even though temp was about 5 degree.
Negative: If needed to ask something, it was impossible to communicate by phone. We could not use oven and coffee maker. Few basic things was also missing in room like handsoap, dustpan and dishcloth

Positive: Great location, a nice view of the mountains, in general, a really nice neighborhood. The apartment is new.
Negative: The place was not cleaned well, I found food waste on the floor of the balcony, coffee grounds in the coffee machine, and used brochures on the table. There were only two robes, even though the place was booked for three people. The shower gel container was almost empty. In the email, they said that we would get door keys, but it was also not left in the room, so we needed to use codes everywhere, which was not convenient, especially because I was traveling with my older parents. This sucked, but the thing that sucked more was that they say people here get 5 stars hotel experience and it clearly was not it, not only because I needed to clean the apartment myself, but also because their customer support was not reachable via phone (you are talking only with the robot). Also, the "help" via email was not helpful at all, because of the timing - asked if they needed to correct the cleaning only the next day, and offered the keys when we had less than 24 hours till the check-out. So I'm not gonna choose this place again or recommend it to others. You can feel that it's not taken care off and they don't care about their guests.
