Positive: When we arrived, the apartment was unfortunately very dirty — it looked as if it had not been cleaned at all before our check-in. This was quite disappointing after a long trip. However, we contacted the management company immediately, and to their credit, they responded quickly. The next day a cleaning team came at the company’s expense and did a thorough job. After that, the house was properly cleaned, and the rest of our stay was comfortable. The condition of the apartment can probably be explained by the price–quality balance. It is not a luxury property, but overall it felt quite cozy and suitable for a short stay once the cleaning issue was resolved.

Negative: There was also some confusion at check-in: the keys were located in one place, while the apartment itself was in another, and the address in the instructions contained an error. We discussed this with customer support and hope that the information has already been corrected for future guests. Overall, while the start of the stay was challenging, we appreciate that the issue was addressed and resolved professionally.
