King-size bed with a full kitchen and washer and dryer.
All top-quality linens.
You are limited to one couple per stay.
7 minutes to most attractions. Check for park openings.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay during Christmas 2021. The condo overlooks a creek and their are wonderful views and plenty of opportunity for bird-watching. The owners were very helpful and most accommodating. We will stay there again.

Summary: Very clean and well appointed. Appreciated k-cup coffee maker with pods, comfortable sofa, and owner recommended restaurants. Condo located on a pond while Kingsmill is on the James River. Relaxing walking paths. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at Ken’s place for a short getaway, including going to Busch Gardens. The place was clean, very comfortable and a great layout with plenty of space for the 2 of us. The desk in the main room was handy as I did some work while we were there. The community is very nice. We enjoyed walking around and getting a cup of coffee at the nearby cafe. Unfortunately the waterfront restaurant was closed when we were there but it looked very nice. We drove easily to Busch Gardens and to downtown Williamsburg for dinner. We would definitely come back!

Summary: A great location when I was participating in a golf event at Kingsmill. Easy walk to the Kingsmill restaurants and pro shop and quick drive to Colonial Williamsburg. Very comfortable bed and great linens.

Summary: We were very pleased with the cleanliness, luxury bath towels, and all the small details of the condo. Ken, the owner, made himself available for recommendations for places to see and dine. The kitchen is very well stocked with items you'd want to use, including spices and a variety of cooking utensils. The location in Kings Mill Resort is close to the 4 mile walk/run loop, marina, and golf club. The condo itself is up to date. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the fireworks from Busch Gardens through the trees. We love visiting Williamsburg, VA and we will certainly request to use this condo again.
