Summary: Convenient to everything. House was spotless. Nice backyard. Host/hostess left a basket with snacks and a couple of bottles of water. No issues checking in. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen completely stocked with everything you need to cook and eat with. Our party was 3 adults and 1 dog. There was plenty of space. We would recommend and stay again. Only suggestion is to have outdoor seating to enjoy the yard. Thank you for sharing your home. Kim

Summary: What a great house. The decor is so fun and the floor plan is functional. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was very clean. The beds were really luxurious and I loved having the attached covered car port so my car wouldn't get too hot when the sun was out. Wifi was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We'll stay at the Preppy Pad again!

Summary: Clean, comfortable, and centrally located. City was working on street/sidewalk during our stay (weekend, so no actual work) with equipment parked directly in front of house and street partially closed. A heads up would have been nice, but we figured it out. Overall, great experience.

Summary: My wife had extensive surgery at Conway Memorial. I lived over an hour away and decided to stay close by rather than drive back and forth to my home every day. This property was literally 3 minutes from the hospital. Very clean, smart looking and well maintained VRBO. It helped me out immensely.

Summary: We typically stay in a hotel when we visit our son at Hendrix College, but this trip we needed to bring our dog. The rental was exactly what we needed, clean, spacious, and close to the college campus. We would definitely stay here again.
