Positive: Big flat. All was clean. TV with netflix. Very good location in the centre of the city. It was some street music near by, we enjoyed it. There is a very beautiful cafe with flowers shop decorated downstairs. You can enjoy some hot/alcohol drinks, some desserts. And on another side nice cookies shop.
Negative: There was not a washing machine as described on booking. Don't look at the main picture may be you won't receive the same flat. We haven't received. On booking list the photo with blue sofa and duplex stairs but we received another flat with green sofa and without duplex stairs. There is very small kitchen, it's very difficult to make some breakfast there, just tea/coffee. You have 2 bedrooms but the second one without a window. You have to check your email before arrival for online check-in to receive a description where to collect a key.

Negative: The parking place was on the street and not cheap at all!! On the Booking you mention that there is parking place, but its not the thruth, because actually on the street anyone can park!
Summary: The apartment was excellent but the parking inconvenience takes from his value.

Positive: Spacious and clean apartment in excellent location in Brno! it comfortably accommodated my family of 5. The hosts were super helpful and always reachable.
Negative: I would have liked clearer instructions on parking in Brno. The rules were not easy to work out through the application and we ended up overpaying.

Negative: No information that the apartment is located in pedestrian zone. I was misled by QA section as there was an old reply about private parking and its price. The provided info about prices of paid parking when I messaged the property was not correct. Instructions how to access the place were not provided as discussed and had to call to the receptionist. No real kitchen, just very small place with a counter and ridiculously small sink. The sink in one of the toilets had no water.
Summary: I would not reserve again this place

Positive: Great location! The apartment is nicely furnished, spacious, although the second bedroom does not have windows.
Negative: There was no heat in the apartment, we were staying there in January! The radiators were broken, made horrible noise the whole night. We received portable radiators the next day.

Negative: You can't really rely on the personnel if something is not exactly right. We didn't have an iron in the apartment and when I asked for one, it took 3-4 messages and 2 out of our 3 days stay to receive it (and of course the housekeeper woke us up despite the fact that we specifically asked not to come early).
