Positive: Rickie's All day Grill is the attached bar/restaurant. Very convenient and a well known experience . This would be even more convenient in the winter to not have to leave for dinner.
Negative: The price of over $400 CAN is extraordinary. Trapped in a small town on HWY 1. It was consistent with every other alternative during tourist season. WHEW!!

Positive: Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy access off the highway and lots of parking.
Negative: A couple of the outdoor lights in the entrance way were flickering and since our room overlooked the front, it was noticeable and irritating. Had to keep blinds closed.
Summary: Great place to stay on our journey between Alberta and BC.
