Luxury meets quality and design - sensational villa with 250m² of living space, illuminated pool with counter-current system and spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the entire south coast up to the islands of La Gomera and La Palma. A fantastic, modern, open room concept extends over the ground floor and first floor. The ground floor was designed as a 140sqm loft in which social or family gatherings are the central point: living, cooking and eating openly merge into one another. A guest room, a bathroom (with window) and a guest toilet (with window) were preserved. The entire ground floor is oriented towards the sea and the coast. On the upper floor are the other three full bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms (with window). Each of the bedrooms has its own private terrace. The fifth bedroom has a connecting door to one of the master bedrooms. Ideal, for example, as a family room. Also on the upper floor, all rooms of the house offer a fantastic frontal view of the sea and the coastal towns, which draws spectacular pictures, especially at night, at full moon or at sunset. All bedrooms are very spacious, each bed measures 180 x 200 cm and the rooms are equipped with large wardrobes. The fully equipped branded kitchen is a dream for every cook: All electrical appliances are from top German manufacturers. From the coffee machine to the dishwasher, oven with steamer function and 6-plate induction cooker, you will find everything that makes your heart beat faster. The kitchen is furnished from plate to wine glass, toaster, juicer and mixer. The main terrace with southwest orientation measures 300m². Here you will also find the new heated swimming pool (additional costs) with a counter-current system, which proudly invites you to swim with 12m by 3.5m. The pool has an electric pool cover to protect against dirt or falling. The outdoor dining area with a table for up to 12 people lures you to great barbecue evenings. This dining area is covered with a flexible pergola that provides shade or sun when needed. Comfortable sun loungers around the pool invite you to relax and laze around. All bedrooms have blinds. The windows are made of burglar-proof safety glass. A private fitness area is located in the basement of the house. Private parking for up to six cars on the property. The villa was completely renovated in 2018/2019.

Summary: The property was really nice but with it being so high up it was cloudier and a lot cooler And i think for the price the cost of heating the pool should have been included The views were spectacular over the coast line You also definitely need a car as it is a 45min walk down a very steep hill to get to the seafront and i dont think you would walk back

Summary: We rented the house for a short one-week vacation at the end of November. It was a perfect luxury villa, with a very quiet environment and lots of details that made our stay a wonderful experience. The villa was perfectly located to enjoy the beaches (5-10 minutes by car) as well as nature on the trails directly behind the house. We enjoyed the sunsets with a wonderful view of the ocean. We have been renting houses all over the world for more than 15 years, and this was without a doubt one of the best. Thank you, Jorge, if time allows, we will be back :)

Summary: Wow.. The villa is amazing, the photos do not do it justice, Jorge was there waiting for us when we arrived, he gave us an in depth guide around the house and showed us how to use all the hi-tech equipment, which is amazing, you feel so safe, with alarm fobs and exterior shutters etc, the pool area is fantastic for chilling on sunbeds or on the outdoor furniture, you can control the pergula to be either open or closed. The indoor area is just as nice with a large sofa and dining area where you can just admire the absolutely stunning views down over the see and harbour and the glorious sunsets (which are stunning) the kitchen has all top appliances and there is also a pantry that has another rge fridge freezer so you have plenty of room for lots of drinks. Upstairs the bedrooms are very good size and the beds are so comfortable.all face over Adeje and they all have balcony's. There is a basement that is huge, with gym equipment a pool table and table tennis table, and this is where you also find a washing machine and dryer. The pool was cleaned twice and the maintenance man would just let you know he was there and get in with stuff without disturbing you. All in all is is an amazing villa and we have some life long memories to take home with us. We did not hire a car for this holiday It is a long way up but it's is walkable to the front as all downhill where you find a couple of bays with beautiful beaches. Restaurants and bars and shopping you will need to get a cab back

Summary: We cannot give enough praise for this amazing house and the property manger that would do them justice - both exceeded our expectations! The house is exactly as advertised however the location provides the most spectacular elevated views of the island from almost every aspect of the house but more importantly, uninterrupted views of the sea! The sunsets we enjoyed from the house were nothing short of breathtaking. All bedrooms were spacious, thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds however the master bedroom was particularly wonderful. The sea views from the bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom were wonderful. Really special space to enjoy. The living areas were again thoughtfully furnished and comfortable to enjoy. The kitchen was brilliantly equipped with easy to use appliances. The outdoor area has 2 lovely seating areas, 1 large table and benches for eating and a lovely comfortable sofa complimented by an adjustable roof on the pagoda to provide additional shade or lighting for evenings on the terrace. Matthias, the property manager was fabulous! Welcoming, helpful, efficient and professional. We can’t wait to return!
