Positive: It is a charming cottage full of character, nicely decorated and really well equipmented. Both of the bedrooms are really big, beds are comfortable, location is really quiet. 30 minutes drive from Bedgellert, 45 minutes from Llanberis
Negative: There is no bathroom or at least toilet on the first floor.

Negative: Shoer room needs some updating. Bottom of the screen was excessively rusty and the shower mat had black mould on it. It should have been replaced. The rest of the property was good.

Positive: The location was great, the garden was lovely and it was easy to access
Negative: When I got there there was only one bed made up, not enough towels for two people and the front room wasn’t hoovered and the sofas looked like they’d need sat on. I called a couple of times to Sykes Properties who said they had left the owner and message to bring over more bedding so that we could make up the other bed but they never showed. We also thought it was odd that there wasn’t a bin or foot waste.
Summary: We had a lovely stay for our walking trip but was disappointed by not being able to contact the owner. Would likely stay

Positive: The cottage was well equipped and in a great locality for exploring Snowdonia. The neighbours were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and secured a good nights sleep. The scenery was stunning and the cottage was well thought out for humans and four legged companions.
Negative: The shower wasn’t very powerful and it was hard to set at a constant warm temperature. In January a nice hot shower was all that was lacking.
