Maison Belin is a pretty 18th century typical Beaune townhouse with beamed ceilings. Recently fully restored to provide very comfortable accommodation, with fully fitted kitchen, new bathrooms and central heating. Although situated in a quiet residential street, the house is only minutes walk from the historic town centre with its numerous restaurants (over 50) three of them Michelin starred, wine cellars, cafes and shops. It is only 10 minutes stroll also to the vast vineyards of the Cote d'Or in Burgundy. 100m from the house are the pretty Jardins des Verdures with its ancient city baths and shady, secluded seating.

Summary: Great apartment in a beautiful little town. We all enjoyed our 5 day stay. Facilities were good, location was good, parking was easy. Good exercise going up and down the stairs!

Summary: This townhouse is in the perfect location in Beaune. We had a wonderful time during our stay. It is close to the town center and an easy walk to the train station, only a 10 minute walk. The place is as indicated, clean, quaint, and the bedrooms were charming. There are many stairs, so if that is an issue you should consider that, but overall the place is lovely. Vivienne was the perfect host, available to answer questions, and check in and out was very easy. I would definitely recommend this property and if I ever have the pleasure to visit again, will not hesitate to stay there again.

Summary: Beaune is a very fun town in Burgundy. This property was in a very good location close to town - which was important to us. It is a very old property that has been nicely updated with modern amenities. Vivienne was a very helpful host and there was a lot of good information about the village in the property. Be sure to make clear if you need the second room to have 1 or 2 beds. We failed to do this, and it was a bit uncomfortable for us two old guys to share a bed. We should have let her know her needed twin beds. Also, if you have a hard time walking up and down stairs, be aware that like all of these old homes, there are a lot of steep stairs. We expected this and you should too. I recommend this cute old home for a fun stay in Beaune.

Summary: Really nice historical townhouse within walking distance of the center of Beaune. It has 4 floors with step stairs. Be prepared to climb stairs to the bedrooms.

Summary: Vivienne’s house is the perfect place to stay to experience Beaune and the Bourgogne wine regions. It’s on a quiet street only a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Our host was very responsive to requests and everything in the house was as described.
