Summary: Super fijn huis. Genoeg schaduw en niet warm binnen. Prachtig uitzicht. En naruurlijk een geweldig zwembad. Echt een pre is een grote supermarkt op 9 km afstand. Wij houden van koken, dat is hier te gek. Heerlijke ingrediënten en genoeg keukenspullen.

Summary: Locatie is geweldig: veel privacy, een heerlijk zwembad, mooi uitzicht, gezellige veranda en leuk prieel waar je heerlijk kunt zitten cq eten. Wat meubels en voorzieningen betreft zou eea wel vernieuwd mogen worden. Wij wassen met de hand af, want de vaatwasser maakt alles eerder viezer dan schoner. Ook is er om het huis heen wat rommel dat wat mij betreft opgeruimd zou moeten worden. Maar Italianen schijnen daarin wat anders te denken... De aankomst ging niet zo soepel, het adres van de eigenaar stond niet vermeld in de papieren, dus met hulp van meerdere buren hier hebben we uiteindelijk het huis gevonden. Eigenaar is een vriendelijke man die halverwege de week de sproeiers aan kwam zetten en een tas groenten bracht.

Summary: Die Lage und der Pool sind sagenhaft, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, was bei uns so ist. Das Haus ist großzügig und in ordentlichem Zustand, die Ausstattung ist reichlich, sollte aber mal überprüft werden in Bezug auf Sauberkeit... die Gartenmöbel sind reichlich vorhanden, teilweise erneuerungsbedürftig. Für uns hat die traumhafte Lage und der Super-Pool das aber dicke ausgeglichen.

Summary: Heerlijke rustige en mooie omgeving. Een groot huis met een grote tuin en zwembad en complete inrichting. Lag vrij gelegen op een heuvel. Mooi uitzicht over de stad. Lastig te vinden. Laatste stuk weg onverhard, maar goed berijdbaar. Echter sleutel ophalen bij eigenaar in de stad. Begeleiding naar het chalet. Eigenaar spreekt alleen Italiaans. Top vakantie gehad.

Summary: Mooi huis met prachtige tuin, alleen heel moeilijk te vinden. Adres wordt niet herkend door navigatie. Eigenlijk moet je Titta als plaatsje aanhouden en niet Citta Di Castello . Jammer dat de eigenaar geen woord Engels of Duits spreekt. De info op de website moet geüpdate worden want er is geen moestuin meer en de eigenaar gaat zeker niet koken! Krijgt een supersnelle rondleiding en verder moet je alles maar uitzoeken. Prachtige natuur en het uitzicht vanaf het terras is geweldig!

Summary: Sleutels ophalen in stad en met 2 auto's naar locatie. Anders hadden we het waarschijnlijk niet gevonden ;-). Laatste stuk is over niet-geasfalteerde weg, maar goed te doen als je kunt rijden. Het eigen terrein is enorm groot met heel veel mogelijkheden om ergens rustig te zitten of te spelen. Geweldig zwembad (tot wel 4 mt diep). Je hebt echt je eigen stukje paradijs. De foto's laten goed zien wat je kunt verwachten. Zeer uitgebreid servies, glaswerk en keukengerei. Ga naar Perugia en Assisi. Citta di Castello is een leuk stadje. 2 Grote supermarkten.

Summary: Wat een fijn vakantie huis. Super rustig, geen buren en een fantastisch uitzicht. Het allerfijnst is het super grote zwembad, helaas zonder duikplank zoals wel te zien op de foto's. Citta di Castello is een kwartiertje rijden en echt een mooi dorpje!
