A fully restored large historichouse with all the modern fun. 8 bedrooms/5 bathroom (Hosts up to 24 people in the main house and another 30 in five 2 bedroom cabins that sleep 6 each + another 26 in a large clubhouse...we also have several luxury RVs)
* Huge 20X60 POOL in the ultimate setting (Closed from October to April)
* A 20 people wood burning sauna

* A beautiful river that you can walk/swim in
* 2 ponds with fish and boats. (Yes, we have some fishing gear: and ice fishing during winter)

2 hours from the GW bridge-We are located 5 min from the Delawareriverwhere you cankayak and fishto your heart'sdesire.We are 10 min from the beautifultownof Callicoon and 15-25 minutesfrom many wonderfultowns such as Livingston manor, Rascco, Narrowsburg...We are alsolocated 10 min from Pennsylvania/Poconos. There are many nationalparks and stunninghikingand nature in our area.
Sleeping:
The House can be configured as a 7 or 8 bedrooms that can sleep 15+4 couches that can sleep 4.....we also have 5 folding beds and 6 quality air mattress that can sleep another 10-12...we can set up the extra mattress based upon your needs. We also can sleep in additional 60 people at cabins nearby.

Summary: This was a wonderful home for a family vacation. There was so much to do on the property including a beautiful pool, hot tub, sauna, etc. Other activities available on the property were volleyball, dart board, ping pong table. The owner ensured that everything was easily available and working properly. The barn was beautiful. We had a large catered family dinner in the barn one evening. It was the highlight of our trip and a night we will all remember. The house was close (about 15 minutes) was a Calicoon where there were a few shops, grocery store, and some nice restaurants.

Summary: We have been going to VRBO vacation rentals for decades. This was perhaps the best one ever the owner works very hard to make sure his guests are accommodated with all their needs. His location atmosphere is unparallel. I would highly recommend it for any family or group that would like to have an idyllic setting to relax

Summary: We loved our stay -- the property and grounds had literally everything you can ask for. From the sauna, to the beautiful pool, and the barn (where we did yoga with alpacas!), the property had everything you could possibly ask for. The house itself was well-equipped and slept our group of 12 comfortably, and Dillon was extraordinarily communicative and helped us plan a number of a local activities and meals. Would definitely return.

Summary: Our group of 15 adults had such a fun weekend at Dillon's beautiful property! We were warmly welcomed with a freshly baked loaf of banana bread which was such a nice touch. The house is stunning, with the perfect remodeled farmhouse aesthetic. We spent much of our weekend outside around the fire pit, in the amazing hot tub and beautiful sauna, and hiking around on the trail behind the house. Some guests even partook in a pheasant hunt at the pheasantry down the road. The kitchen was better equipped than any rental I have had, and we enjoyed cooking and then relaxing around the fireplace in the cozy living room during the evenings. The bedrooms all had very comfortable mattresses and linens which were much appreciated! On top of all of that, Dillon was super responsive and helpful to various questions I threw at him. We are looking forward to visiting again, maybe in the summer to take advantage of the huge pool!

Summary: If I could , I would rate this 10 Stars! We have rented plenty of homes before but this property by far was our most Awesome Experience. Our Host Dillion was a pleasure to deal with. He is attentive and very responsive. You can see how generous and invested he is in making sure you literally are equipped and have all your needs. From a Fully Stocked Gorgeous kitchen to tons of Fun activities on the estate. The House was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everybody. It was Clean and Fresh. Modernized but still had the Country Style. We especially enjoyed the Huge Heated Pool that includes a Sun Shelf which the kids loved. The Large Hot Tub with a built in Speaker was a Blast. Next was the Wood Burning Sauna which was really a unique and relaxing feeling. My Kids loved boating on the private lake. The Brook right there was hours of fun. We were so busy that we didn't even have a chance to use all the amenities... there is biking, ping pong, board games, etc. We enjoyed ourselves immensely that we had no reason to leave the Estate over our stay. We would definitely come back to this Property in the future. Highly Recommend !!!

Summary: Incredible Estate! Traveled with my large family and had a wonderful time…We loved the large pool, the water was just perfect….We also enjoyed the saunas, hot tub and had numerous outdoor meals. The area is beautiful and on the day we checked out we went kayaking on the Delaware river…. We also booked a private yoga class that was incredible….Dillon is a wonderful host, he provided us with everything we needed without asking. We are looking forward to coming back every year.
