Perfect for stays of 90 days or more (required by HOA). Your unit is an end unit on the third floor of a quiet building. The remote-operated blackout blinds are perfect if you work nights or prefer a darker room. The assigned parking spot in the garage is very close to your unit.
Friendly neighbors and on-site security ensure you feel safe and welcome. The building's prime location allows for easy walks to shows, bars, and restaurants along the Truckee River. Our front desk security/concierge is available most hours to answer questions or offer dining recommendations.
Your studio has everything you need: an iron, ironing board, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dish soap, pots, pans, toaster, silverware, glasses, and an Air Fryer. All you need to bring is your food. The bathroom is also stocked with supplies and cleaning products. The queen bed is comfortable and includes storage bins underneath.

Summary: This is a very nice studio in an excellent downtown location for my two month stay in Reno. The unit is thoughtfully provisioned with everything you would need and the owner, Annie, is nearby and available for any assistance you might need. Building is secure with entry attendant personnel and great secure garage parking very close to the condo unit. Would absolutely stay again on next trip to Reno!

Summary: The only thing better than the space was the host; Annie was even kind enough to pick me up at the airport! She gave me a great tour of the building and went over her check -in/out binder to make sure I had the wifi and knew how to use the remotes, where to find linens, etc. It helped me to feel settled in, which was great because I was exhausted! It's a quiet building, and someone was always at the front desk if I had any questions. Annie got in touch to check in regularly and made sure I was aware of dates for say, window washing or when the laundry room was being updated. There's nothing not to like here! I was very comfortable during my stay, and wouldn't hesitate to rent from Annie again if I ever make my way back to Reno.

Summary: My stay was comfortable with all the amenities I needed. Anne is an awesome host! The place was clean which is very important to me. I had indoor parking and the building is secure. Security at the entrance 24/7 and only fob access so not just anyone is entering the building.

Summary: Annie is a great owner. She solves problems instantly. The room is small, but just right for a single professional or maybe a couple. Great shower. Washer and Dryer on the 1st floor. Parking is very secure. Front desk receives deliveries.

Summary: This studio was so convenient! It was just what we needed for a week's stay. It was very easy to get in and out of downtown Reno. The garage parking was great, the kitchen allowed us to not have to eat every meal out. The building was nice and quiet & my husband even enjoyed the rooftop hot tub. The laundry facilities allowed us to pack a little less and save on baggage fees. Thanks again for the great place to stay!
